STRETCH & STRENGTH:
A combination of low impact movement on the floor and barre to promote lengthening of muscles, flexibility, with light strength & toning work.

BALLETBARRE:
Focused on toning and strength training. Incorporating light ballet movement and body placement (no ballet experienced required). Weights and bands may be used, but not required.
 

RAQ THE BARRE:
