RAQ the Barre:

A unique belly dance barre fitness training method that will provide you with a full-body barre burn while working on strength & grace! This workout brings hips & heart to the barre and trains for muscle balance, joint mobility & stability, proper posture, and flexibility. A fun playlist of pop hits and middle eastern beats will be used to keep you motivated as you shimmy, shake, and smile your way through class!

Footwear: Barefoot or Grip Socks 

**Mat, Light Weights, Bands, Ball** utilized, but not required.

We provide, but please bring your own if you prefer!

Warrior Rhythm: 

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm™ increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga + weights + HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat, and weights and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!

BalletBarre:

Focused on full body toning and strength training. Incorporating light ballet movement and body placement/awareness (no ballet experienced required). 

Footwear: Barefoot or Grip Socks

DanceBeat:

Enough of the treadmill, stair-master, and stationary bikes; let’s have some fun! The upbeat music and lively atmosphere of this class will have you smiling ear to ear. Aspects of cardio, plyometric, and strength training mixed into a dance-based class will have you forget you’re even working out! This class is a no judgment-zone. No dance experience required, but the ability to have fun, and laugh, is a must!
